Do You Know How To Price Match?

Now that you know where to price match, i'm going to give you three simple instructions to follow in order to price match



Step 1: In order to successfully price match an item, you need to have the actual competitor's ad on-hand.
If you don't, you may be able to use an app on your smart phone.  The app that I use is called, Weekly Ads. 
This application list stores near you, according to city and zip code.

Step 2:  Find the item you want to price match. Then, look over the competitor's ad. Pay attention to details. Some stores may limit the quantity in which you can buy , or even exclude certain days from which you\may not buy a particular item. It is imperative to read and re-read the fine print.

Step 3: Before the cashier scans any of your items, kindly tell him or her that you have items you want to price match. This will save you a lot of trouble. The cashier will then look over the price and item to see if it matches, and manually input the competitor's price into the system. After which, if you have coupons, you then give the cashier the coupons after the price override.
