Claire's 75% off Memorial Day Event + 10 for $10 in-store

Claire's is listing a lot items with the price tag of 75% off, and if you buy $35 worth of merchandise, you will qualify for free shipping. 

But... If you go in-store Claire's are listing items originally priced $10 and under for just $1.00.

I looked through a lot of items on www.claires.com and realized that items that were priced at $10 were slashed to $2.75, which is 75% off of the tag price. 

I'm willing to guess that those same items are ringing up $1.00 in-store, if you can find them.
