Unless you have been living under a rock, you probably heard of the events surrounding the Michael Brown shooting.
Brown was an 18-year-old teenager who was gunned down by local law enforcement in the suburbs of Ferguson, Missouri, more than three weeks ago.
The tension in Ferguson is high, and residents are uneasy and suspicious of the police department-- some even calling them rogue cops.
There have been riots and protests, and for fear of the officer's safety, they had refused to release his name, which should have been a part of public record.
The cyber group, Anonymous mistakenly identified another officer as being the shooter, so police officials released the real name of the shooter today.
His name is Darren Wilson, and officer of the force for about six years.

A coupon for redemption?
If you could make a coupon, what would it be for?
We all know that coupons are to be redeem on certain products with minimum purchases. However, if you had a choice to make a coupon for anything in this world, what would it be?
Some may say "I'd make a coupon to end world hunger or begin world peace." Or something very diplomatic to that effect.
But in this very moment, I'd create a coupon that would redeem Jeremy Meeks. Mr. Meeks, who is one fine specimen of a man; chiseled cheeks, piercing eyes-- the works, has hard a hard life.
In fact, he's a harden criminal with several felonies under his belt. But just one look at the man makes you in awe of his beauty. I was told that life treats the young and beautiful kind, but there are always exceptions, I guess.
I'm not the only one who shares these sentiments. Just yesterday, Mr. Meeks garnered over 60,000 comments on the Stockton Police Department's official Facebook page.
Many women were baffled as to why he would commit to a life a crime given his drop dead gorgeous looks.
But environment shapes everything.

Walgreens Updated Their Coupon Policy= Bad News
General Guidelines
- All coupons are to be presented to the cashier at the time of checkout.
- Walgreens does not accept expired coupons. Coupons expire at 11:59 p.m. on the expiration date at the point of sale, whether in store or online.
- Walgreens will not accept fraudulent or counterfeit coupons as determined by Walgreens.
- Coupons and their face value cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- Competitor's coupons shall not be accepted by Walgreens.
- The number of manufacturer coupons, including Register Rewards®/Savings Rewards manufacturer coupons, shall not exceed the number of items in the transaction. The total value of the coupons shall not exceed the value of the transaction. Sales tax must be paid, if required by state law.
- Walgreens will not accept coupons that exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.
- Coupons that appear distorted, blurry or altered in any way shall not be accepted; all coupons must have a clear and scannable bar code.

Learn how to find clothing, shoes, and other items for only a penny
Dollar General Penny Items: How to find and Purchase
If your are a constant or sporadic reader of this blog, then you know that I've had a moderate amount of success finding and purchasing items for only one cent. You may find plenty of penny items, however, there's no guarantee that you will leave the store with them. Why? If it was left to each store manager, the odds of you leaving with a penny item are none.
First, you need to familiarize yourself with known penny items, you can do this by viewing my videos below:
Second, now that you have an idea of what to look for, you need to know more. Like if you see seasonal items from the fall, summer,winter etc,. the likelihood of these items being marked down to a penny are very high. Below is a list of additional items to look for:

Once a customer brings a penny item up to the register, and that item is scanned, by their own rules located in their SOP manual, they must sell you the item.
Don't back down and don't be disorderly. You don't want to fight. Just politely inform "them" (manager included) that you are well aware of their policy, and that you would be willing to wait while they lookup the information in their employee handbook. If they still refuse, you have two options left. You can walk away or call corporate.
