Walmart is more known to price match than any other store, they even have commercials addressing that very issue. However, there are many more stores out there that are willing to match a competitor's price.

Some stores are more strict than others. Ideally, you would want to take the competitor's ad with you to price match at any given store. Target has a lot of rules with their price matches. You can check at many retailers' websites to find out more about their price matching policy.
